City Of Oakdale Publishes COVID-19 Updates
City events and recreation programming have been canceled through April 30.

City officials are monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak closely and making the appropriate adjustments to city operations. This is a fluid situation and updates will added to this page as they are warranted. Current adjustments to city operations including closures, cancellations, and city services are outlined below.

Closures and cancellations

City events and recreation programming have been canceled through April 30, 2020.

Facilities
City facilities excluding City Hall are closed to the public through April 30, 2020. This includes both fire stations, the public works facility and the Discovery Center. City Hall will remain open during business hours to conduct City business; however, facilities are no longer open for group or planned activities during or after business hours.
Meetings
Advisory commission meetings will be canceled through April 30, 2020. Council meetings will be held per the regular schedule.
City services
Utility Payments
In order to practice social distancing, residents are encouraged to utilize one of the following ways to pay their utility bill.
- Submit payment in the drop box outside City Hall
- Make payment by phone, 651-730-2716
- Make payment by mail, City of Oakdale Utilities, 1584 Hadley Avenue N, Oakdale, MN 55128. Please include your check or credit card information with the utility statement payment stub, and any other paperwork, if applicable.
Animal licensing
Although the pet licenses issued by the City of Oakdale typically expire March 31, we are extending the expiration date for all dog and cat licenses to May 1. This means that you can hold off on renewing your pet license for a number of weeks without any concerns or penalties. Should you have any questions, please call 651-738-1025 during regular business hours.
Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting services are suspended until further notice.
