The City of Oakdale is seeking a Utilities Superintendent. The Utilities Superintendent position is a working supervisor that provides extensive supervision, leadership, technical direction, coordination, administration, and management for Public Works Employees assigned the division; prepares and carries out comprehensive operational and maintenance programs for water, sanitary sewer, street lighting systems. Assists Public Works Director in planning and programming work and establishing operating policies. Maintains accurate records on workload, materials, supplies. Assists Public Works Director in establishment of operating policies for maintenance programs.
