The survey is conducted in partnership with the National Research Center (NRC), a Colorado survey research firm. The results provide valuable feedback to the City Council about ongoing services, and the data collected is used to determine whether the City is meeting citizens’ expectations and areas where improvements can be made.

Surveys were mailed to randomly selected households in May. Residents who did not receive a survey by mail are invited to participate via the online community survey at https://bit.ly/oakdale2020. Please note, in order to ensure the validity of the survey, you will be required to verify residency by creating an account. By creating an account you’ll also have an opportunity to weigh in on follow up questions and future surveys issued by the City of Oakdale. All responses are anonymous. The survey will be open for participation through July 24, 2020.
