Regan MOVES: Fitness for People Living with Lupus or Arthritis

Join Regan and LFM in Oakdale on Tuesday, Oct. 13 for a free fitness class specifically designed for people living with lupus or arthritis.

Regan MOVES is an exercise program designed to help people living with lupus and other chronic conditions reduce joint pain, increase energy, and regain freedom of movement while exercising. This fitness class will help strengthen muscles that support joints without creating pressure or intense impact. Regan’s class motto is to “work smarter, not harder on the joints, and if it hurts, stop.”


Free, but pre-registration is required by Monday, October 12.

About the Instructor

Regan Mizuno is a certified fitness trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the Director of Communications at the Four Seasons Curling Club. She is a healthy individual living with lupus and arthritis who created Regan MOVES, a program that allows her to safely lift weights and perform aerobic exercise.
