In his first year of being a head football coach he turns the program around from a 2-6 record to a 6-2 record. Not only did he turn the program around. Be built character through teammate’s we instead of breaking down on titans we do it on family. Our school is a family and the football team is a brotherhood and how winning at all costs is not his goal but to create a great experienceWhat mentor taught about dealing with failure:
That to never put your head down their will always be failure but what you with failure after shows true character
Best advice from mentor:
To love your family and spend more time with them (as in my blood family and my teammates because they are a part on my family b/c we are a brotherhood).
