MINNESOTA — Niche.com, which specializes in a variety of rankings, including schools, has created a ranking of what it says are the best teachers in Minnesota. Niche has ranked the top elementary schools with the best teachers in the state.

The rankings are based on student and parent ratings of teachers, teacher salaries, teacher absenteeism, teacher tenure, student-teacher ratio, and the Niche Academics Grade for the school.
