Election Day In Richfield: Where, How To Vote
Election Day is Nov. 3, 2020. Here's what you need to know to vote in-person in Minnesota.
RICHFIELD, MN — Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3. The Minnesota Secretary of State and other election officials say it is too late to mail in your ballot, so voting in-person is the way to go if you still haven't cast your ballot.
Eyes are primarily focused on the presidential election, but voters will also decide the outcome of seats in the United States House and Senate, as well as the state and local elections.
Polling hours in Minnesota: Polling places in Minnesota are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Voting in Minnesota
- Voters who received a ballot by mail don't have to use it. They can discard it and vote in-person on Election Day, like normal.
- Or they can return that ballot in-person to the local election office that sent the ballot. Do not return a mail-in ballot to your polling location, because they cannot accept it.
- Minnesotans have the option to register to vote on Election Day at their polling location if they want to cast a ballot in-person.
