Guy Fieri's Chicken Food Hall Will Open At The Mall Of America

BLOOMINGTON, MN — "Chicken Guy!," the new casual restaurant chain from celebrity chef Guy Fieri, will be opening its first Minnesota location in early 2020. The Mall of America will welcome the food hall, where diners can enjoy house-made chicken tenders paired with 22 signature sauces.

It will be the fifth Chicken Guy! since its first location opened in Disney Springs the summer of 2018.

"'Go Big or Go Home' has always been my motto and when it comes to bringin’ Chicken Guy! to Mall of America, I think it’s spot on," Guy Fieri said in a statement.

"The people of Minnesota know great food and I’ve been able to try a lot of it while visiting on DDD. But now, I’m stoked to add a lit bit of my own flavor with my real deal chicken tenders and sauces."

Brined in fresh lemon juice, pickle juice and buttermilk, and infused with fresh herbs, these tenders aim to deliver on flavor and texture. The menu features the tenders — grilled or fried — in sandwiches, straight up on skewers, or in meal-sized salad bowls, your choice of signatures sauces to enjoy with the chicken.

The real star of the show are the 22 different sauces. A couple popular sauces include Donkey Sauce, Nashville Honey Hot, Avocado Crema, Peri Peri and Curry Mayonnaise, according to a news release.

The food hall is designed to provide a casual, comfortable dining experience for all guests.
