Interstate 494 In Bloomington To Close
Crews are building an entrance ramp from East Bush Lake Road in Bloomington to I-494 west.
BLOOMINGTON, MN — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close part of Interstate 494 in Bloomington this weekend.
The freeway will close for motorists going east at 10 p.m. Friday, July 13 to 5 a.m. Monday, July 16 from Highway 169 to Highway 100. The detour is Highway 212 north to Highway 62 east to Highway 100 south to I-494.
Motorists will also see one and sometimes two lanes of westbound I-494 between Highway 100 and Highway 169 closed during the weekend as well.

Westbound I-494 will close from 10 p.m. Friday, July 20 to 5 a.m. Monday, July 23 to complete the beam installation.
Motorists should plan ahead and give themselves extra time to reach their destinations.
