It is important for residents to remain in their homes as much as possible during Governor Walz’s Stay At Home order. However, the governor’s order does allow for travel to occur for essential services and over the weekend the state’s Division on Driver and Vehicle Services has provided county and municipal motor vehicle services offices with the guidance that they can re-open for drop-off services. In that vein, the Richfield Motor Vehicle Services Office has re-opened its drop box services to residents.
