MyPillow Founder Says Plant Extract Protects Him From COVID-19
The founder of the Minnesota-based company isn't worried about contracting coronavirus after speaking at a Trump rally in Duluth Wednesday.

CHASKA, MN — Mike Lindell, the founder of the Minnesota-based MyPillow company, claims he can't contract coronavirus because he takes oleandrin, an extract of the oleander plant. Lindell's claim is unproven.
"I can’t get the virus, so I go around with confidence and it’s pretty amazing," Lindell told the Star Tribune Friday.
According to Axios, Lindell has a financial stake in the company that develops oleander.

Lindell is the honorary chair of President Donald Trump’s campaign for Minnesota. He spoke at the Trump rally in Duluth Wednesday.
Lindell says he took COVID-19 tests this week and tested negative.

Minnesota Republicans take precautions after Duluth rally
Republican Senate candidate Jason Lewis is "feeling fine and displaying no symptoms" after interacting with President Donald Trump in Duluth on Wednesday. The president, first lady Melania Trump and White House adviser Hope Hicks have all tested positive for coronavirus since the rally.
