At the City of Richfield, it is our job to keep our community healthy and safe, working alongside local, regional, state, and federal agencies, including Bloomington Public Health and Minnesota Department of Health. As part of our planning and response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to learn more about the effect of the pandemic on Richfield residents.
