Richfield Community Survey For 2020 Begins

The survey will measure resident satisfaction around quality of life, city services, programming and amenities.

Starting today Richfield residents are being asked to participate in the 2020 Richfield Community Survey, administered by the National Research Center. The survey will measure resident satisfaction around quality of life, city services, programming and amenities. In addition to the online option, the survey has also been mailed to 2,500 residents.

Residents who do not receive a direct mailing for the survey are invited to participate in the online survey. The survey will be available online until March 20.

The survey is available in both Spanish and English. Results are confidential and will be compiled to be shared with city staff and policymakers. Data is also compared with similar communities throughout the United States, which will give Richfield context for how it is performing compared to other cities. Results of the survey will inform strategic planning, budgeting and ongoing efforts to deliver excellent city services.
