Richfield's Gretchen Jensen Passes Away After Battle with Cancer

A memorial will be held for the 24-year-old Sunday at Woodlake Lutheran Church in Richfield.

Richfield native Gretchen Ann Jensen passed away on Sept. 28 after a short battle with cancer. She was just 24 years old.

According to her obituary on Legacy.com, Gretchen is survived by her parents Jan and Rick, siblings Alison, Peter and Brita, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Gretchen was a graduate of Richfield High School and the University of Minnesota-Duluth. A memorial service will be held for her at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6 at Woodlake Lutheran Church, 7525 Oliver Av. S. in Richfield.
