RICHFIELD, MN – July 4th is a little more than a day away, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Richfield so you can start planning now.

Weather Forecast

Keep your fingers crossed for clear skies on Thursday as the current Richfield-area weather forecast calls for a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms during the day and a 30 percent chance in the evening, according to the National Weather Service. The temperature is forecast to peak at 86 degrees.

What: Richfield Red, White and Blue Days

Where: Veterans Park and the area near Richfield Ice Arena

When: Thursday, July 4, 2019

• 10 a.m. — Wreath laying at Veterans Park
• 1:15 p.m. — Parade (running down 70th Street starting at Harriet Avenue and ending at 12th Avenue)
• 6 to 10 p.m. — Live music, food and beer vendors
• 10 p.m. — Fireworks near Richfield Ice Arena
