Richfield's Motor Vehicle Services Suspends In-Person Transactions Until March 30
Customers can still conduct their business through drop off service located in the Richfield Municipal Center vestibule.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, Richfield’s Motor Vehicle Services department will be closed for in-person transactions. This change will be in place through March 29, 2020, per a variance from the Minnesota Department of Driver and Vehicle Services.

Customers can still conduct their business through drop off service located in the Richfield Municipal Center vestibule.
Applications and envelopes will be available for customers who need to conduct the following business:

- Tab Renewal
- Duplicate Stickers - $12.50
- Duplicate Standard Plates - $19.00
- Duplicate Title - $20.50
Fees must be included with the application, and must be paid with a personal check or money order.
A staff person will process your application and call you with questions.
When your transaction is complete, a staff person will call you. When you arrive at city hall to pick up your tabs or plates, call the department at (612) 861-9730, and a city staff person will bring them out to your car. Duplicate titles will be mailed form the State of Minnesota.
Hours will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
