Adopt Polo: Shelter Dog Loses His Home, Twice

The shelter says Polo — who once again looking for a new forever home — is a very sweet boy who smiles and loves to give kisses.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — A sweet, smiley dog that loves to give kisses is looking for a new forever home for the second time in less than a month. "Polo" was originally released to the Minneapolis animal shelter March 20 because his previous owner didn't have enough time for him.

Polo was put up for adoption and adopted out a week later, but was returned the next day because he was too big for the second owner's living situation.

The 2-year-old neutered, male Lab mix is still young and has a lot of energy. The shelter said Polo will bark sometimes to tell you what he thinks, but with training and exercise he will be a great pet.
