SAINT PAUL, MN — A crash is slowing down busy rush hour traffic on eastbound Interstate 94 in St. Paul Friday evening. The Minnesota State Patrol says motorists should look out for the collision, which occurred near Dale Street and Marion Street/Kellogg Boulevard.

The crash happened around 4 p.m.
