Help Sought Finding Runaway Vulnerable Adult In St. Paul

MINNEAPOLIS – Authorities in St. Paul are asking the public’s help Thursday in finding a missing vulnerable adult.

Alyssa Marie Leonard, 22, ran away from a worker at the HealthPartners urgent care facility on Como Avenue near Eustis Street. It’s unknown which direction she headed.
