Grace Hospice has been developed through a partnership with Augustana Care and Mount Olivet Church. These organizations have a long history of quality care, rich blessings of volunteers, and provide service to those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need.
Fostering peace and grace, we emotionally and spiritually support the patient and their loved ones. We as an interdiscplinary team encircle them offering comfort, honesty and respect for their decisions.
We need:
Companion, pet therapy, vigil or 11th hour volunteers to provide 1:1 companionship to our patients. You may read, share memories, take walks or just be a presence to a patient and their loved ones during their hospice journey.
