Mark Rosen To Close 50-Year Career At WCCO In January

On Tuesday, he announced that his timetable is moving up to earlier in the year.

MINNEAPOLIS — Mark Rosen, who has spent 50 years reporting on sports for WCCO-TV, announced earlier this fall that he will be closing his TV career next spring. On Tuesday, he announced that his timetable is moving up to earlier in the year.

“My original plan was to retire from WCCO-TV in April following the Final Four. I am moving that date up to Jan. 10,” Rosen said. “There are no words to express the appreciation for the outpouring of support my family has received during this difficult time.”
