Memorial Day at Lakewood Cemetery Minneapolis
The annual event includes traditional services, tours and trolley rides.
Lakewood Cemetery hosts this annual service, which starts at 10:30 a.m. Monday (3500 Hennepin Ave. S., Minneapolis).
The cemetery also hosts a variety of guided tours, including Civil War and historical women of Minneapolis tours. There will also be crafts for kids, music and complimentary refreshments.
If it rains, the 10:30 a.m. service will be held in the chapel. Some of the other events will still be held in case of rain. Call Lakewood at (612) 822-2171 for information that day.
