TWIN CITIES, MN — Minnesota Democrats and Republicans are sending well-wishes to President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump after they test positive for coronavirus. The couple, as well as White House advisor Hope Hicks, came down with the virus after their rally in Duluth Wednesday.

The Minnesota Department of Health said the coronavirus may have been spread at the rally, and has issued guidance for people who attended the event. Several state Republicans are being tested for COVID-19 after interacting with Trump this week.
