TWIN CITIES, MN — The Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area will go another week without snow. "We'll be making ice over the next week as temperatures return to near normal," says the National Weather Service. "No precipitation is expected for the foreseeable future."

Here's the NWS forecast for the Twin Cities metro area.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 28. North northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Monday Night: Clear, with a low around 17. Calm wind.
Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 34. Calm wind becoming south southeast around 5 mph.
Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 20. South southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 36. North northwest wind around 5 mph.
Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 23. Northwest wind around 5 mph.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 34. Northwest wind around 5 mph.
Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 22. West wind around 5 mph.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 37. West southwest wind around 5 mph.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 24. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 36. Northwest wind around 10 mph.
