TWIN CITIES, MN — Thanksgiving Day in Minnesota will feature highs in the low 40s, with sun and minimum wind. The days leading up to Thanksgiving, however, may feature a wintry mix of snow and rain.
"Seasonable temperatures over the next few days with a chance for rain and snow late Saturday night/early Sunday," says the National Weather Service. "Some accumulations possible, especially northwestern portions of the forecast area."

Friday: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 41. West northwest wind around 10 mph.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 23. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 40. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Saturday Night: A 40 percent chance of snow after midnight. Increasing clouds, with a low around 31. South southeast wind around 5 mph.
Sunday: A chance of rain and snow before 11am, then a chance of rain between 11am and noon. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 40. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
