TWIN CITIES, MN — Christmas is a week away, and the ground in Minnesota is about as bare as it could be. There are several chances for snow, though it's not clear yet how much or if it will stick.
Regardless if there is snow on Christmas, bitterly cold weather is headed for Minnesota starting Wednesday, when the low will drop to 4 degrees.
