TWIN CITIES, MN — Up to three inches of new snow could fall Saturday, with the storm continuing through the night. "Snow is expected to spread across the area on Saturday and last into Sunday," notes the National Weather Service.

This weekend will also feature bitter cold, with temperatures falling below 0 degrees Friday night.
