MN Weather: Record-Breaking Heatwave This Weekend

MINNESOTA — Minnesota may break heat records this weekend, with highs projected to reach the mid-90s. "Our first weekend of June looks to be a hot one! Daily high temperature records for all three of our climate sites will be in jeopardy," the National Weather Service said.

"If you're planning on being outdoors, remember to drink plenty of water, take frequent breaks in the shade or AC, and never leave children or pets in vehicles."

Saturday's high in the Twin Cities metro area is 95 degrees.
