MN Weather: Weekend Will Be Relatively Cool
Saturday may feel cool compared to the crazy heat Minnesotans have endured this month.
TWIN CITIES, MN — The weekend will feel relatively cool compared to the record-breaking and extreme heat Minnesotans have been forced to endure this month. The high Saturday will be 86 degrees, and the low will reach 63 degrees. The high will kick back up to 92 Sunday, with a low of 66.
Extreme heat will return later in the week, as the high on Thursday is forecasted to be at least 95 degrees. "Looking ahead, hot and dry weather persist through next week," notes the National Weather Service.
The long stretch of hot weather has created drought conditions throughout the upper Midwest.
