Mother’s Day 2019: 2 MN Spots Make '100 Best Brunch Restaurants'
One restaurant in the east metro, and another in the west, have made OpenTable's list of the top 100 brunch spots in the nation.
TWIN CITIES, MN — A new list from OpenTable names two restaurants in Minnesota as among the best in the country for brunch.
OpenTable’s list comes right in time for Mother’s Day, which falls on May 12. So if you’re taking mom out for Sunday brunch, the list highlights the top spots that the website generated from diner reviews. And according to OpenTable, 81 percent of diners book brunch reservations for Mother’s Day two weeks in advance.
"On Mother's Day 2018, we seated more diners than any other day that year and recognize that celebrating mom is a priority for our diners," Caroline Potter, Chief Dining Officer at OpenTable, said in a press release.

According to OpenTable, these eateries in the Twin Cities are among the best for brunch in the country:
- The Copper Hen - Minneapolis
- Lake Elmo Inn - Lake Elmo
OpenTable said its list comes from diner reviews collected between March 1, 2018 and February 28, 2019.
