MINNESOTA — We are well into the MLB offseason, and the Minnesota Twins have missed out on every major free agent signing so far. After winning 101 games in the 2019 regular season, fans expected the Twins' front office to build on their success by acquiring talent that could help bring the team to a World Series. The Twins have the favorable payroll situation necessary to make it happen.

After getting embarrassed in the playoffs, it was clear Minnesota needed to do more if they want any hope of making it past the first round.

But so far, it's been crickets. The Athletic writer Aaron Gleeman notes that Minnesota is "0-for-5" in this free agency season.

Fans are starting to feel like the chance for a juggernaut roster is slipping away. And they're directing their anger at the Pohlad family, specifically Jim Pohlad, who owns the team.

Some have even demanded that the Pohlads "sell the team."
