Snow has been oddly absent in Minnesota this December.

TWIN CITIES, MN — Snow has been mysteriously missing from Minnesota's landscape this December, but there are at least a couple of chances for snow this week in the Twin Cities metro area.
Snow is forecasted to fall at various times on Friday and Saturday, though freezing rain will also be in the mix at some points. However, Minnesota temperatures will remain generally above-normal for this time of year.

Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 32. West wind around 5 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 49. West wind around 5 mph.
