St. Paul Cops Seek Man Who Stole Salvation Army Donations, Kettle
Police need the public's help in identifying the suspect connected to the theft of a Salvation Army kettle.

SAINT PAUL, MN — Every year during the holiday season, volunteer bell-ringers with the Salvation Army drum up donations for those in need. Thanks to one criminally-minded Grinch, a portion of those donations raised this month are now gone.
Saint Paul police are now asking for the public's help in finding the suspect.
On Monday, Dec. 16 at approximately 3:30 p.m., a man cut the lock on the Salvation Army kettle at the Clarence Street Cub Foods on St. Paul's East Side.

Then he walked away with it — and the donations — while the bell ringer was on break, police said.
