St. Paul Is More 'Caring' Than Minneapolis, Study Finds
Both cities ranked in the top 10 "most caring" cities in the United States.

TWIN CITIES, MN — A new study finds that both Minneapolis and St. Paul are among the most "caring" cities in the nation, but Minnesota's Capitol City ranks several spots above the City of Lakes. The study was based on several factors such as charity donation amounts, volunteering hours, and the number of rehabilitation centers in the city.
"In order to determine the most caring cities in America, WalletHub compared the 100 most populated cities across three key dimensions: 1) Caring for the Community, 2) Caring for the Vulnerable and 3) Caring in the Workforce," WalletHub states.
Minneapolis and St. Paul both performed well when comes to neighbors doing favors for each other, as well as the number of social services and resources.

Data used in the study came from the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, among other places.
