Top Floor Poured at City Club Apartments CBD Minneapolis

Preleasing will begin in January with the first customers moving in Spring 2019

City Club Apartments announced today that it has topped off the 17th floor of City Club Apartments—Central Business District (CBD) Minneapolis ahead of schedule. City Club Apartments Chairman and CEO Jonathan Holtzman made the announcement.

City Club Apartments, Frana Companies, sub-contractors and key consultants, were on site for a topping off ceremony celebrating the final concrete pour. A Christmas tree and large American and Canadian Flags were placed on the roof in celebration. The Canadian flag was flown in recognition of City Club Apartments Co-founder Alan Greenberg, several Canadian investors and a few Canadian contractors. The final floor was completed ahead of schedule.

“We are thrilled to be topping off City Club Apartments CBD Minneapolis early and entering the next stage of construction,” said Holtzman. “This is when we get to show Minneapolis everything we have been talking about for the last 14 months. The introduction of an apartment community designed and built specifically for young people and professionals making between $45,000 and $65,000 a year. An unmatched location that eliminates the need for a car and provides great walkability and access to arts, entertainment, culture, restaurants, retail, great companies, healthcare and parks and trails. Outstanding international design. Integration of historic spaces. Boutique hotel amenities and services. And, wellness and green.”
