MINNEAPOLIS, MN — For the second year in a row, the Minnesota Twins have been swept in the postseason. The Houston Astros defeated the Twins 3-1 Wednesday, clinching the best of three seasons.

The Twins also extended their historic postseason losing streak. They have now lost 18-straight postseason games, which is not only an MLB record but a record among all teams in American professional sports.
