  • 19 Ked Drive sold on Nov. 30, for $295,000. The three bedroom was on the market for 237 days. 
  • 10 Broken Ground Drive was sold on Nov. 30, for $205,000. It was on the market for two months. 
  • 169 Portsmouth St., Unit 5, sold on Nov. 30, for $197,000. The three bedroom was on the market for two months. 
  • 75 Bog Road, a three bedroom home, sold on Nov. 30, for $155,000. It was on the market for a little less than two months. 
  • 8 Jennifer Drive sold on Nov. 30, for $120,000. The single-family home was on the market for 293 days. 
  • 9 Whitewater Drive sold on Nov. 30, for $110,000. The condo was on the market for about two and half months. 
  • 31 Northeast Village Road, a two bedroom condo, sold on Nov. 30, for $99,000. It was on the market for 78. 
  • 529 N. State St. sold on Nov. 28, for $174,900. The single-famly home was on the market for 135 days. 
  • 30 Portsmouth St. sold on Nov. 27, for $169,900. The three bedroom home was on the market for 49 days. 
  • 120-130 Fisherville Road sold on Nov. 27, for $69,900. It was on the market for 54 days. 
  • 24 Piscataqua Road, a two bedroom condo, sold on Nov. 21, for $125,000. The condo was on the market for a little less than two months. 
  • 45 Bog Road, Unit C-3, sold on Nov. 21, for $107,500. The condo was on the market for about two months.
  • 37 Alice Drive sold for $63,000 on Nov. 21, 2012. The condo was on the market for 113 days. 
  • 3 Yarrow Way was sold on Nov. 20, 2012, for $195,000. The three bedroom was on the market for 258 days. 
  • 4 Celtic St., a three bedroom condo sold on Nov. 20, for $111,000. It was on the market for nearly a year.
