Shawn M. O?Brien, born in 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 12:22 p.m. on Oct. 30 on simple assault-mutual combat and disorderly conduct charges. Also summoned was Javon Edward Brooks, born in 2000, of Concord, on simple assault-mutual combat and disorderly conduct charges.
