What Are the Cheapest and Most Expensive Homes For Sale in Concord?
A lakefront four bedroom, a condo, a mobile home, and a small single-family home for sale.

Since it's a holiday weekend, Concord NH Patch can't find any open houses listed for this weekend (if you're a realtor and you have one going on, please leave a note in the comment section).
Instead, I thought we'd take a look at the most expensive and cheapest houses and real estate currently on the market. Here's what I found:
The most expensive house on the market is 115 Appleton St., a four bedroom, four bath, 4,400 square foot home on Turtle Pond, priced at $3.8 million.

As far as the cheapest (OK, least expensive) home on the market goes, shoppers have three options: a mobile home, a condo, and a single-family home.
The first is a two bedroom, one bath mobile home on 52 Fairfield Drive for $27,000.

Another option is this two bedroom single-family home that was recently reduced from $104,000 to $74,000 at 5 Hoit Road.
And a third inexpensive option is a two bedroom condo on 15 Wyman St. for $80,000.
