MERRIMACK, N.H. - Just a few days after Merrimack Police asked for help locating a man suspected of an armed robbery at D'Angelos last week, he has been found.
According to Merrimack Police, the department received an anonymous tip around 2 a.m. regarding the whereabouts of Matthew Clough, 23, of Merrimack, NH who was considered to be armed and dangerous.
According to police, Clough, who was believed to be homeless, may have been staying on the property of a residence on Turkey Hill Road. The Merrimack Police Department Tactical Containment Team along with patrol officers responded to the residence to search the property after receiving the tip.

After searching the property, officers saw Cough walking away by officers on the outer perimeter of the property. He was taken into custody and is scheduled to be arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South this afternoon.
Earlier this week, Merrimack Police responded to D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches, 3 Amherst Road in Merrimack for a report of a robbery, of which Clough is suspected.
