Lori’s Big Icebreaker and Great MLK Impromptu Speeches

At this week’s Merrimack Motivator’s Toastmasters club meeting, a few planned and unexpected happenings resulted in an exciting meeting.

New member Lori gave a powerful and candid icebreaker speech on overcoming her struggles, which serves as a strong motivator for all of us.

Plus, Jon led the impromptu Table Topics portion of the meeting, asking timely questions about Martin Luther King and his message.

The award for the best Table Topics speech went to Ken this week-although there were many fantastic responses to Jon’s questions.

This Merrimack Motivators Toastmasters Club meeting is a weekly meeting that occurs every Tuesday at 5:00PM to 6:00PM at the Merrimack Townhall at 6 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack NH 03054.
