Local Man Arrested for Selling Heroin

Merrimack Police say Denard Debruhl was selling heroin from a business where he, his girlfriend and two children had taken up residence.

A Merrimack man was charged with selling heroin on Friday following an investigation conducted by Merrimack Police and the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force.

Denard Debruhl, 34, of 908 Columbia Circle was charged with three counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug (heroin) and possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute, according to a press release issued by Merrimack Police.

According to police, the Drug Task Force received information that Debruhl was selling quantities of the Narcotic drug Heroin from his home. The location is a commercial business park, however, Debruhl and his girlfriend along with two minor children had taken up residence in the business. The Drug Task Force was able to purchase quantities of Heroin from Debruhl at that location.

Debruhl was arrested on the warrant without incident and a search warrant at the business was executed.  A large quantity of Heroin was located inside the living area of the business. Debruhl is believed to be a significant dealer of Heroin in the Merrimack area.

Debruhl was placed on $200,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear on Feb. 06 for his Probable Cause Hearing in the 9th Circuit Court District Division, Merrimack.
