Merrimack 360 Shopping Center Set to Open in June
The Merrimack 360 Shopping Center is set to open next month after more than a year of development.

MERRIMACK, N.H. - The Merrimack 360 Shopping Center is nearly open after more than a year of development.
Formerly Shaw’s Plaza, the 80,000 square foot site was vacant for 10 years prior to the purchase and redevelopment by Apple Development and OVP Management, Inc. The $7M redevelopment project began last September and is set to open in June.
Its tenants include Planet Fitness, Great Clips, and Lavish Nails, Altitude Trampoline Park and Dollar General which join popular local eateries including Thirsty Moose Taphouse and Hayward’s Ice Cream.

Tucker’s Restaurant may also be a part of the project, but that isn't definite, according to a release.
“We are excited to redevelop this property, and have it become Merrimack’s neighborhood shopping
center again,” said property developer, Robert Barsamian. “There is something for everyone in the
family to enjoy here, all in one place.”
“We’ve had the opportunity to add details to this project that will improve the longevity of the site,”
noted Barsamian. “The zoning and planning boards have been very helpful in the process.”
