Merrimack Man Arrested For Drunk Driving
Police arrested a local man for DUI last week after he was seen driving erratically on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

MERRIMACK, N.H. - Police arrested a local man for DUI last week after he was seen driving erratically on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
According to Merrimack Police, a caller reported a man driving erratically on the F.E. Everett Turnpike around 9 p.m. on May 28.
Police caught up to the driver, who was seen taking Exit #11 southbound, parked at 300 Daniel Webster Highway, TD Bank.

While conducting their investigation and speaking with Matthew Forgue, 35, of Merrimack, police observed signs of possible alcohol impairment. Upon further investigation, to include field sobriety tests, it was determined that Forgue was driving while intoxicated and he was placed under arrest.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on May 31.
