Merrimack Police: Man Arrested for Assault, Outstanding Warrant

A Tilton man was recently arrested on an outstanding warrant after getting in a fight outside of a Kicksmart in Merrimack.

MERRIMACK, N.H. - A Tilton man was recently arrested on an outstanding warrant after getting in a fight outside of a Kicksmart in Merrimack.

According to Merrimack Police, Zackory Hutton, 18, of Tilton, NH was arrested on a warrant from another town and also charged with simple assault.

Police said officers were called to 140 DW Highway around 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 17 after someone reported a fight outside the building.

After an investigation, police determined Hutton pushed a female victim. They also discovered that Hutton had a warrant for his arrest out of Tilton, NH for Willful Concealment.

Hutton was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on May 24 to answer to the charge.
