Merrimack Police: Nashua Man Exposed Himself, Shoplifted

A Nashua man is facing several charges after he allegedly stole from several stores at the Premium Outlet Mall​ and exposed himself.

MERRIMACK, N.H. - A Nashua man is facing several charges after he allegedly stole from several stores at the Premium Outlet Mall and exposed himself at one of the stores.

According to Merrimack Police, William Mejia Delisle, 25, of Nashua, NH was arrested by the ashua Police Department and turned over to the custody of the Merrimack Police Department after a warrant was issued or his arrest on May 17.

The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 16 in which police responded to the mall for a theft report. According to police, officers located Deslisle on the property with bags from several different stores including Zumiez.

During an investigation, police learned Deslisle had exposed his genitals while asking to try on pants while inside the store.

Delisle had two prior theft convictions which led to the theft at Zumiez being classified as a felony level offense.

Desisle refused bail and was transported to the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections where he was held until his arraignment, which was set for May 18 at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
