Merrimack Shooting Suspect Caught, Held Without Bail
Merrimack Police on Thursday announced charges for two of three men suspected in a shooting on Wednesday night.

MERRIMACK, N.H. - Merrimack Police on Thursday announced charges for two of three men suspected in a shooting on Wednesday night. They are still looking for a fourth suspect.
According to Merrimack Police, officers arrested Jackson R. Crawford, 22, of 4 Oxford St., in Merrimack, Robert J Brown, 18, of 30 Armory St., in Nashua and a teen juvenile in connection with a shooting that left a 19-year-old bleeding on the ground from gunshot to the torso near the Mill Street boat ramp.
Police said the victim was initially transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua and later transferred to the Lahey Hospital in Massachusetts; his condition is unknown at this time.

After the shooting, police began a search for a Blue Toyota Corolla driven by Jackson Crawford based on witnesses' descriptions. Police said several other witnesses reported the vehicle having 3 or 4 males inside.
While officers were looking for the vehicle and suspects they came across three male subjects walking on Daniel Webster Highway near Webb Drive, one of which was Jackson Crawford. The three were taken into custody; they were identified as Crawford, Brown and a 17-year-old juvenile.

Crawford was charged with attempted murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, first degree assault and conspiracy to commit robbery with a deadly weapon. Brown was charged with robbery with a deadly weapon, falsifying evidence and resisting arrest.
Crawford and Brown were held at Valley Street Jail, they are scheduled for arraignment today at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South at 1:00 p.m.
The Juvenile will be handled in Juvenile Court.
Merrimack Police also received information the gun was discarded off the roadway a short distance from the scene, Manchester Police sent an Officer with his K-9 partner and later located the loaded gun.
