Merrimack Teen Arrested for Assaulting Burger King Co-Worker
A Merrimack teen was arrested last week for assaulting a co-worker at Burger King on Continental Boulevard in March.

MERRIMACK, N.H. - A Merrimack teen was arrested last week for assaulting a co-worker at Burger King on Continental Boulevard last month.
According to Merrimack Police, Tobias S. Demitrius, 19, of Merrimack was arrested on May 17 on a n a warrant charging him with three counts of simple assault.
According to police, officers were called to the Burger King in Merrimack on Mar 28 after receiving an assault report.

According to police, initial report alleged that Demitrius had thrown and pushed plastic cups at the victim during their work shift. It was also alleged that Demitrius had grabbed the victim by the throat during this incident.
After further investigation, to include the viewing of restaurant video surveillance, a warrant was drafted for his arrest.

Demitrius was subsequently processed on the warrant and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on May 24.
