Northeast Energy Direct Project Open House in Merrimack Next Month

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. is hosting a series of open houses in towns across the state beginning in September, including one in Merrimack.

Tennessee Gas has scheduled five additional public open houses regarding the proposed Northeast Energy Direct (NED) Project in the state.

The open house in Merrimack will take place on Thursday, Sept. 17, at the Merrimack American Legion, located at 43 Baboosic Lake Road. It will be the final open house in the series.

The open house will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and a light buffet will be served.

Open houses will also be held in the following locations:

• Sept. 9: New Ipswich, Mascenic High School, 175 Turnpike Road
• Sept. 10: Fitzwilliam, Fitzwilliam VFW, NH-12
• Sept. 15: Milford, Hampshire Hills, 50 Emerson Road
• Sept. 16: Salem, Rockingham Park, 79 Rockingham Park Blvd.
