Services Held for John Borrun on Friday, Saturday

One of the owner of Sal's Pizza in Merrimack and Nashua passed away after a car accident in Bedford yesterday.

LICHFIELD, NH - John Borrun, 47, of Litchfield, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, in the Elliot Hospital in Manchester. He was born in Lawrence, MA, on March 19, 1969. He is the beloved husband of Wendy (Noble) Borrun of 27 years and father of two adored sons Tyler and Joshua Borrun.

He is also survived by his parents, John and Eleanor Borrun; three sisters, Ann Foster and her husband Richard, Kathleen Bellows and her husband Derek and Rachel Durham and her husband Donald “JR”; aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews, a great-niece and great-nephew, several cousins as well as his "Sal's Pizza Family."

He has been a resident of Litchfield for the past 16 years, formerly living in Salem, NH, Methuen, MA, and Gouverneur, NY. John was a big hockey fan and loved to play the sport. He enjoyed camping, hiking, snowmobiling, cruises, rock concerts and his Mustang. John gave so much of himself to the community. He was always there for anyone who needed him and would go out of his way for others. John had a big heart and loved his family deeply.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Peabody Funeral Home and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road in Londonderry. A funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with cremation to follow.
